Based on a blog post Leanne wrote many years ago, about being a square peg in a round hole after discovering she was on the spectrum, they came up with this adorable little character. Teaching children that not everyone is the same and that sometimes we struggle with things other people don’t.

Helping you illustrate a children’s book.

This week we have been making some useful videos for children’s book creators. Using character packs Loo creates and sells online, we show you how to get the most out of one pack in Canva. Tips, tricks, and simple breakdowns to build a character file that can fuel multiple books.

Video 1 is a simple, quick tutorial on making the most of the bears with little effort.

Welcome to our website

This is the year for Lean & Loo. I can feel it in my bones.

Loo and I have been busy getting our branding and merch on point this past month. creating our logo and bears that we are just exhausted. It is all worth it, though, as we now have our cutesy little mascots, and hope you will be seeing a whole lot more of them.

We have lots of creative projects in the works, some new books, and an added craft channel to launch very soon. We hope to bring you books, crafts, art, food, lifestyle posts, and vlogs and hope you join us for the journey.

We started this partnership because of our 2023 trip to South Korea to film a short movie, which has grown into something bigger. (We also have a Korean youtube channel, so pop over) All our links are in the bar above or on the homepage of this site.

So come enjoy 2023 with us as we learn to build something and hope to spread a positive message about self-love and mental health awareness while still navigating our creative, artsy lives.
